Local, inclusive therapists who accept insurance—supporting you through anxiety, relationships, trauma, and life transitions with care that’s accessible and affordable

If you’ve tried therapy before and felt like it didn’t really help, you’re not alone.
Many people want more than just a place to vent — they want support that actually translates into their daily life.

At Sage Therapy Collective, our therapists help you better understand your patterns, build practical tools, and navigate real-life challenges with more clarity and confidence.

We Believe Therapy Should Be Accessible — Because getting support shouldn’t be harder than what you’re going through.

Too often, finding the right therapist means choosing between care that actually helps and what’s actually affordable or available. At Sage Therapy Collective, we believe you shouldn’t have to make that tradeoff.

We’ve built our practice around making therapy more accessible and affordable by working with insurance, offering flexible sliding scale fee options, and helping you get started without long waitlists or unnecessary barriers.
